Abraham Hicks, Esther Hicks " Working with her ex " San Diego

Welcome to another recording! This audio segment was recorded on 1/16/16 in the San Diego, Ca. In this segment Abraham chooses a hot seater with a question " working with her ex. " Abraham jumps right in to explain that working closely with a subject matter that we don't have our sea legs yet or where we don't have steady footing will cause us to wobble. Can we focus around it? Yes, but it can be tricky if we are not proficient yet. It would be wise if you can to avoid tripping on the same vibration, of coarse supposing you can avoid it. For example you have friend who calls you and you know she is having a hard time with her break up with her boyfriend, you want to be friend but quickly realize she wants you to continue to be her "sounding board" what do you do? Well you don't want to hurt her feeling right ? And you consider yourself the "good housekeeping seal of approval for friendship " if there was an award to be won you would win! But this is not taking into account "how you really feel." Every time you get off the phone you feel negative, tired and combative.Why? Because you were on the negative channel for 30 mins and since you've been mediating your sensitive to the noise of negative feelings now. And in this vibrational world your vibration is currency [ it's everything] And so this time she calls you, but you decide that you have a new found knowledge and you love your friend, but you love yourself more, and so you tell her with love, and skill [ since you pre-paved this conversation with her] that you can't talk right now, that you feel sorry for her situation but that you know she will feel better soon, and that you are so looking forward to having lunch as soon as you both get the chance to do so. Now you could say Liz I was just evasive I didn't do anything. And to that I would say your wrong, Yes! wrong why? Because you avoided the vibration you did do something.... I would say you were neutral.Now you could continue to pre-pave your interactions with your friend thereby making sure you are feeling your best in your interactions with your friend. The pre-paving is for your benefit, the vibrational stance is for your vibrational benefit. Hey you could even imagine or visualize your friend and yourself in that lunch you will have, and it could be a fun lunch filled with laughter, and your friend could feel relief in that interaction with you.
