An Alternative Viewpoint: South Africa: The Whites are going to Arrest Putin.

Unfortunately the second largest Political Party in South Africa is still White dominated and living in the past. It just can not see the future of the world as it is developing. Now a Provincial Leader of the party, wants to surpass the authority of the South African Government and arrest Putin if he arrives in the Western Cape. What a joke.
