Trapped on a ship with a hungry monster, Torrin and his Jable Shark hunting crew must decide between their own lives and the greater good. Torrin decides to strike a deal with the creature who desires to be taken to Phaiden Island where it plans on eating its human inhabitants. While the choice would be hard enough in itself, the fact that Torrin is such an ambiguous character is what makes “Bad Travelling” so interesting and its moral message so bleak and dark.
