Daily Chess play - 1388 - Need to avoid self-pinning pieces to my King like in Game 2

After some trades I was ahead by one Bishop by Move 14. Blunders his Queen on Move 19 and resigns.

7:19 Game 2:
I lose my Bishop for two pawns by Move 13. Move 38, I blunder my Rook with my King Movement to g2. Game over.

21:58 Game 3:
Opponent hangs his Queen by not moving it on d8. Just kept that lead and he eventually resigned.
