Memorable NPCs: Legate Fasendil

Legate Fasendil can be found in command of an Imperial camp in The Rift. He is a somewhat unique NPC, in that he has specific dialogue detailing events that other Legion officers do not share knowledge or history of. In addition, at least as far as I'm aware, he is the only High Elven Legionnaire in the game.
