Defamation? Violent Confrontation

St. Luke's is suing Ammon Bundy for Defamation. Their Holland and Hart attorney, Eric Stidham, goes on KTVB and claims that Ammon has a history of violent confrontations. He doesn't provide a single example, of course, because he can't, and he knows it.
Ammon was acquitted of every charge against him for bringing attention to the BLM v Hammond case. The Hammonds got pardoned by President Trump. No one can show him being violent toward anyone in Harney County Oregon or pointing a gun at anyone.
Stidham is doing what he accuses Ammon of. There is evidence and reason to believe that St. Luke's conspired with government to legally kidnap and traffic Baby Cyrus and that they got tax money for every "service" they did on Cyrus. Also, CPS, has financial incentive from the federal government to place children like Cyrus into "foster care".
