I opened this episode talking about compassion, and how by opening up your heart to having compassion can really help open your heart up to finding peace. Compassion is becoming a lost art in society and it also can be a challenging thing to harness in the wake of being hurt by someone else's lack there of. I share my thoughts on this topic and why it has been an important part of my own walk with finding my inner peace in the journey that I walk seeking healing in my own trauma with those who have lacked showing it to me.
