Stop “Sitting Down” on your punches in Boxing Training

Watch this video about one of the most common mistakes in boxing training that coaches teach beginners which is sitting down your punches. There are coaches out there that always say to sit down on your punches and people new to boxing might not benefit or misinterpret these words. I personally prefer to use the term "have Loose knees".
