Fire Dept Floods Crying Homeless Lady's Camp

A local homeless lady in front of our business is desperate and crying as her camp was flooded and destroyed by the fire department. Billy O'Nair gives her blankets and new cover. Homeless camp next to her and friends in the area would not help her. Although she adds to the reason why customers are refusing to shop here. It is a difficult situation with the homeless being next to local businesses here in Sacramento.
