Judge Andrew Napolitano joins me today to discuss the death of Jordan Neely. Mr. Neely was put in a chokehold by a 24 year old Marine on a NYC subway two days ago. Many are calling for murder charges. Judge Nap weighs in on this as well as the drone attack on the Kremlin yesterday morning.
