A homeless man (Jordan Neely) w a history harassment & violence was arrested 44 x, felony assault charge & including an assault on an elderly citizen...& did all this by the age of 30...Well, on Monday he was on the NYC subway when he went into a RAGE claiming he hadn't eaten, when a former Marine grabbed him & subdued him.
