New business tech assistance grant program coming to Bakersfield

A new program to provide technical assistance and funding for entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses is coming to Bakersfield. The Ecosystem Technical Assistance and Grant Program is designed to help business owners who have been negatively impacted by the pandemic, or who are simply seeking to expand and grow their business. 23ABC's Breanna Polk has the story.
