Let's Make a RGH 1.2 for @iTzLuPo!

As a Christmas 2019 present for @iTzLuPo I decided to get him back into the world of Xbox 360 modding with his very own RGH 1.2 console! From what I had known, he didn't have any kind of hardmodded Xbox 360 for at least 7 years. We had talked about getting him set up with one, but with his busy and ever changing schedule I figured sending over a pre-modded console would be a nice surprise. I had already opened up, cleaned the console, and flashed the DVD drive shortly after getting my hands on this 512 MB big block Jasper, so it was a great candidate to be serviced for a RGH 1.2 install!
