Kansas Law Stopping Out-of-State Groups Sending Filled In Mail-In Ballot Apps Ruled Unconstitutional

After a “non partisan” organization that is in bed with the Democrats sent out over 500,000 unsolicited mail-in ballots that had already been filled in to past and current residents of Kansas, the state’s legislature didn’t want a repeat of this in future elections. This lead to their passing a law banning any out-of-state entity from doing this which the organization fought and a Federal judge has now ruled is unconstitutional claiming it somehow violated the First Amendment rights of said organization and the Fourteenth Amendment as well. Which I thought this judge might have been a Democrat nominated one with this ruling but it turns out she was nominated by RINO neocon baby Bush instead.

In this video we take a look at this judge ruling that it is okay for Democrat front organizations that don’t operate in Kansas to meddle in their elections.
