Joe Biden is the First POTUS in US History to Not Enforce the Monroe Doctrine

For 200 years, every single President of the United States of America has faithfully enforced the Monroe Doctrine since it was established in 1812 by President James Monroe. That is, right up until Joe Biden took office and began to completely ignore the Monroe Doctrine, and now the CCP has pretty much taken control of South America and is setting up ports and building infrastructure all over our neighboring southern continent. We have not had any kind of adversary in the Western Hemisphere for 200 years but that has changed now, because of Joe Biden.
