The Help America Vote Act will Help Us Hand Count Again. Here is How it is Legally Done!

The Help America Vote Act was established in 2002 to ensure that voters would know that their ballots counted as cast if they allowed the machines to count the votes.

HAVA has minimum requirements that are mandated to be followed, if the State wants to use machines to count votes in Elections.

We the People have a Right and obligation to hold our official accountable for their lack of compliance of HAVA through an Adminstrative Grievance Process.

Each State has their own Administrative Complaint process and you must go to your Secretary of State website to find out what yours is.

Filing a Complaint is easy. There is no cost to it and the State must provide a public hearing at the Complainants request.
