My Lenovo laptop has got a whopping 12 gb ddr 3 rams and I told the repair guy to apply thermal paste to it as well; additionally, he cleaned the fans too. My Asus G75vx motherboard is ordered from ali express and will arrive in 45 days so I had to fix this laptop for myself.
