So many of us look at obstacles as stop signs.

But what if we got out of our "vehicles"

and DANCED around the sign

SANG to the sign

Drew and painted until all that was left of the sign

was our HEART ENERGY.

Today, I decided to take a day off from working for others (been a minutes!).

Turned off most of my devices.

Connected with the needs of those directly around me

(mostly plants)

And I think that's why I just BROKE out into an interpretive belly dancy dance as this music came on...

Nothing was holding my spirit back.

NO time constraints, no to-dos, no one else's needs

SO I freely dove into the movements.

I felt SO AMAZING and REFRESHED

I wanted to share that with you, so after I started breaking out into a sweat, I pressed
