INGREDIENTS :
280 grams breadcrumbs ( 9.87 oz )
450 grams sausage meat ( 15.87 oz )
60 grams diced onion ( 2.11 oz )
1/2 teaspoon salt ( 1.14 grams )
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 0.58 grams )
1 tablespoon parsley ( 1.60 grams )
1 teaspoon sage ( 0.68 grams )
1 teaspoon thyme ( 1.42 grams )
1/4 teaspoon oregano ( 0.45 grams )
INSTRUCTIONS :
.in mixing bowl add 280 grams breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon parsley
.add 1 teaspoon thyme, 1/4 teaspoon oregano
.add 1 teaspoon sage, 1/2 teaspoon salt
.add 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper & mix well
.add 60 grams diced onion & mix well
.add 450 grams sausage meat, mix well & combine ingredients
.place into a buttered baking dish & mould into a log
.cover with aluminium foil
.place in preheated oven 200 c / 392 f for 1 hour
.Stuffing can also be cooked inside chicken / Turkey
