Breakfast Sausage, Eggs and Cheese

1 lb breakfast sausage
6 eggs
1/4 cup Milk/half and half/heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt (forgot to note this in the video)
1/4 teaspoon pepper (forgot to not this in the video)
