Altra Olympus 4 - Better than Lone Peaks and Timps? \ 400 Mile Backpacking & Trail Running Review

The Altra Olympus 4 is known for its extra thick stack height and cushy sole and for someone who may be suffering from planter fasciitis, or just sore feet, this could be the right shoe to help you continue backpacking and running. In this 400 mile review I will share what I feel are some of its best features along with a few things I don't like about the Olympus 4.0's.

I still feel that the Lone Peak's are a great shoe for most backpacking situations, especially for shorter outings, but when it comes to overall comfort while putting down some high mileage on the trail, whether backpacking or running, the Olympus 4.0's have quickly become my go to shoe for 2021.
