This is My Fourth Nintendo Switch Related RMA

I still love the Switch but man... A fourth RMA! For anyone who did not watch my previous video on my RMA experiences - I had two left Joy-con related returns and one Pro Controller issue, this time however was a first for the console itself. One day the console stayed on and was overheating while in the case, it had no airflow yet somehow never powered off, went into sleep mode, or dimmed. Unfortunately, this resulted in the front facing portion of the screen beginning to pop off, something I had watched vigilantly up until I scheduled my RMA with Nintendo.

I'm hoping Nintendo will issue something in a future update to prevent this from happening, just as simple as putting the console into sleep mode if it hasn't been touched or manipulated for 5 minutes. I tested this multiple times afterwards, in open air, and noticed the system would not dim or go into sleep mode if I just sat it on a table in portable mode! I have no beef with the service center for all of these though, in fact I have to say that Nintendo has without a doubt had the best RMA process I've ever dealt with. Just... Make sure you try not to bake your console.
