WORKSHOP TITLE: “Two Pillars of a Healthy Self: Protection & Love"

We will work on developing the two pillars of inner self-parenting: self-protection and self-compassion, which if you have a history of narcissistic abuse, have likely been arrested.

We will begin with the pillar of self-protection (self-fathering) and focus on:

-setting boundaries, and
-practicing assertiveness.

In the second part of the program, we will focus on the self-compassion pillar (self-mothering) and explore:

-self-trust,
-self-acceptance, and
-self-praising.

It’s my goal to help you view yourself as a sovereign, free individual whose rights, needs and desires are valid and valuable. To better retain the material presented in this workshop, we will do a variety of exercises and practices with each other.
