In this video, I break down the three layers of the narcissists' mind: the shamed, toxic core, the grandiose, entitled shell and the top layer that consists of a catalogue of manipulation tactics and strategies used to garner supply. This is only a simplistic model, and it aims to help us make some sense of the darkness that descends upon us when we are in the vicinity of a personality disordered individual.
