It All Comes Down To A Choice

In this video, I speak about choice. The narcissist chooses to do wrong despite knowing that their actions will hurt other people. The aftermath of the abuse is very confusing to the empath. This is because our natural response is to be kind to all people. If you struggle with holding the narcissist accountable for what they did and instead feel the inclination to send them good vibes, do not berate yourself. You don't need to fight against your nature. As long as you keep your boundaries firm and do not let the abuser back in, it is only a natural next step to let go of your resentment and free your heart.
