We both wrote and had recorded music before we got married. After we were married, we really developed our sound and had a passion to reach people with a message of hope through music. We live in a world which is full of hate, brokenness, and confusion. We want people to know there is hope to still be had, even in the darkest of times. We want to proclaim the message of Jesus Christ to a world who desperately needs Him. This is behind everything we do and the verse we live by, which is Colossians 1:29: “To this end I labor, struggling with all His energy, which so powerfully works in me.”

Self-doubt, fear, and the quest for happiness are emotions that everyone struggles with, regardless of gender, skin color, sexual orientation, religion, or culture. Topics that are rarely addressed in society, but that everyone tries to fight, are heard in the melancholic and emotional, but powerful songs of young German alternative / dark popBand Letters Sent Home. The band doesn't suppress these feelings, but emphasizes them in order to grow out of them and to be able to draw and give new hope. Together with their producer team led by Aljoscha Sieg from Pitchback Studios, former “Vitja” frontman David Beule and PolarBeats producer Julian Huisel, they are working on new music that is being funded by Initiative Musik. At the same time they are currently producing their own short film "A September Story".
