The Viral Sensation Smashburger Tacos | Blackstone Griddles
This week, The Hungry Hussey shows you how to make the famous smash burger tacos! These tacos are crispy, perfectly cheesy, and have a nice sauce that adds a little tang. You are going to love this new taco recipe for your next taco night!

Smash Burger Tacos
Ingredients:
Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise (I use Dukes)
1/4 cup ketchup
1.5 teaspoon mustard
2-3 tablespoons sweet relish
1 tablespoon pickle juice
Smashburger:
1lb 80/20 Ground Chuck
Taco size tortillas
American Cheese
Seasoning of your choice (Blackstone Griddle Steak or Blackstone Essential Blend)
Toppings:
Shredded lettuce
Tomatoes
Red onion
Pickles
Steps:
Get your sauce ready by placing all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Taste and adjust to your liking on flavors.
Pre-warm your Blackstone to a med-high. Smash burgers need high heat!
Get the ground beef ready for the Smashburger by taking a ¼ cup measuring cup and packing your meat into that, it will be equivalent to around 2-2.5 oz burger.
Prepare the toppings of choice.
Place your hamburger balls on the griddle spacing out for the tortilla.
Add some seasoning to each ball.
Place tortilla onto the ball and press and hold for 5-10 seconds and then do the rest. By the time you’re finished with the other burger balls, the first ones are done. Flip them at this point and add a slice of cheese.
Remove from the griddle and add the toppings of choice.
