THE CULPRITS RESIDE IN THE CESSPIT OF WELLINGTON 'THEY USE FARMERS AS THEIR WHIPPING BOY'

The huge toxic loophole in the NZ Local Government Act 2002 deliberately ignored right from the beginning even before it passed Royal Assent and became legislation. And still they use NZ Farmers as their whipping boy, and throw them under their own tractor. The shite ratepayers and farmers have to put up with in New Zealand is absolutely disgusting to say the very least. Never mind for the real culprits its 'business as normal' at the peoples expense.
