"Two ordinary bearded blokes met for a cuppa on the footpath in front of an extraordinary chocolate shop, bringing their instruments to scratch an itch, which manifested into a band called "duck and weave '' ...name says it all. At a time when we were being assaulted, censored, divided, our voices and all that music represents strengthened the connections being forged.
Two years later we still meet every week, accepting everyone and keeping the streets alive with music".
