“There’s more to life than just pain. There’s love,” retired CPL Ryan Garza thanked the community Monday after ground was broken on an adapted home in Littleton for the retired Marine who served three tours in Afghanistan. Garza lost his right leg and suffered other injuries when the truck he was in was struck by an IED. Helping a Hero helps to build homes for service members through partnerships with builders.
