Ivermectin Nobel price awards documentation for its discovery

In 2015, the Nobel Prize in Medicine was awarded to William C. Campbell and Satoshi Ōmura for their discovery of Ivermectin. This broad-spectrum anti-parasitic drug has been extensively used to treat infections caused by numerous parasites.
In the award ceremony speech, Prof. Hans Forssberg of @ karolinskainst addressed Campbell and Ōmura, stating, “Your discoveries represent a paradigm shift in medicine, which has not only provided revolutionary therapies for patients suffering from devastating parasitic diseases, but also promoted well-being and prosperity for individuals and society.
