LLC's are Limited Liability Corporations that a person has the ability to "PAY" their board members without having to disclose why, who, HOW or how much MONEY for setting up the "SHELL BUSINESS". As the way they work, is no need for records (except the BANK RECORDS) which usually are disclosed during the SET UP process for a NORMAL CORPORATION. Many ABUSES exist including purchasing homes and property without a direct connection as to WHO REALLY OWNS IT. It is owned by the "LLC" or "TRUST" and the only way it is thereafter trackable is on PROPERTY RECORDS. There you will see CASH PURCHASES which shows up when the property is PUBLICLY RECORDED.
