PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

A public hearing will be held at the Temple Town Hall on Tuesday May 9th 2023 at
6:00 pm.

In accordance with NH RSA 79-D notice is hereby given to all residents of Temple,
New Hampshire, that a public hearing for the purpose to discuss, take public
comment and act upon the following item.

• Application by Lilliane Lebel, 26 General Miller Highway, (Tax map 7A Lot 44)
for a Discretionary Preservation Barn Easement to be placed upon the barn
in accordance with NH RSA 79-D.
