Trying To Report An Exploit With #twitter

So far reporting hasn't helped and I don't know what to do now so I'm trying to get twitter's attention on this issue/subject. The person talked about in the video has 17 twitter accounts that I know of and will likely have another one tomorrow. No amount of blocking stops them from making another account and all they do is spam me to no end. Please do something #twitter
