Helping foster teens and young adults transition to independence

The City of Bakersfield is continuing to provide resources to help homeless people in the community, and one of those resources is the Dream Center, a "one-stop-shop" for support and resources to help keep youth transitioning out of foster care from becoming homeless. 23BAC's Ruby Rivera visited the center and spoke to the people there about what it means to them to have that support.
