Yaama Yaama everyone!

This is the third video of my healing journey.

This is day 39-50 lots of up's and downs and break throughs. When I talk about how hard or uncomfortable or over it I am I am not referring to being hungry or wanting to break the fast, it's just uncomfortable because you can't hide from anything or rush anything, you just have to sit with it. As usual, lots of very gross photos and videos in this video, so just be warned!

This video is confronting for me and I'm sure it is confronting for you too, I ask you please be mindful and respectful of how open, raw, vulnerable I am in this series and on this journey. Obviously lots of emotions and also lots of gross stuff coming out so it is quite graphic and visual!

In the end of this video you may see me struggling, I can assure you I am okay :) Please watch the following video to get more clarity on the dry fast and what happened with my experience at that time.
