Retro Game Collecting-Did I get an N64 Turok misprint?

I don't think I've seen stamps like this ever on NTSC-USA titles. Has anybody else seen this? Was it common on Turok or something since it was so early on N64? Do you think I got a wide 11 or a misprint double 1?--or do you think I'm an idiot making something up? Lmk what you think. The stamps always intrigued me, but this is a weird one.
