OmniStrap Review

The OmniStrap is one of the most versatile ankle straps for gym workouts

It can be used to connect dumbbells (including PowerBlock), kettlebells, and even cable machines to your feet for lower leg isolation exercises like leg extensions, leg curls, hip flexor raises, etc.

In this case I'm using it as a reverse squat strap by connecting two OmniStraps in the middle and clipping it to my Ancore Pro Trainer cable machine.

Reverse squat straps help to isolate the lower abs and hip flexor muscles.

The advantage of this exercise of hanging knee raises is that I can't cheat by swinging and I don't have to rely on grip strength to perform the exercise.
