Did U.S. Congressman Seth Moulton Really Say the U.S. Will Blow Up Taiwan's TSMC Factory?

While on stage at a conference, U.S. Congressman Seth Moulton appeared to say the United States would blow up the TMSC plant if the Chinese invaded the Island. He later claimed that clips circulating on Chinese social media took his comments out of context, however, the longer unedited clip is even worse.
