Resident Evil: Village, known in Japan as Biohazard: Village (バイオハザード ヴィレッジ Baiohazādo Virejji?) is a survival horror video game developed and published by Capcom. It is the sequel to 2017's Resident Evil 7: Biohazard and was first announced at the PlayStation 5 reveal event on June 11, 2020. It was released on May 7, 2021 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 , Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. As of October 2021, the game has sold over five million copies worldwide.
