Here are three types of interesting 3D printable hinges!

🟢 The first hinge type is a 3D print-in-place hinge i designed in FreeCAD.

🟨 The second and third hinge are two different types of living hinges:

🟢 The first living hinge is a type that's widely used in injection molding. This hinge has no openings.
It was printed with a layer height of 0.25mm (250 microns) and an extrusion width of 0.3mm.
This to maintain a width/height ratio not higher than 1.2: 0.25mm (height) * 1.2 = 0.3mm (width).

🟢 The second living hinge (also called a lattice hinge) performs as a hinge with a bigger radius that can also twist.
This one was printed with my normal settings: a layer height of 0.25mm (250 microns) and an extrusion width of 0.44mm.

All these types of hinges can be very useful for usage in your 3D print projects.
