During the event The Great ReAwakening, a question from the audience was about the Theory of Devolution, published in great detail by Jon Herold. Flynn, Nunes and Patel, all said "I have no idea".

Of course, if someone knew about it, that person would never reveal something that important for the National Security, in the event it ever takes place.
