War For The Overworld, playthrough? (no commentary)

I continue the potential playthrough of War for the Overworld. Doing a few missions of the main campaign. The first mission I do is conducting a ritual to enter another Underlords realm to reclaim it for the dark god Mendechaus. Of course the dwarves want to slay our evil and try to stop us. As you may have noticed I do dilly dally a bit in this game I could try going for fastest victory but I don't find that as fun given that you are suppose to build a dungeon and you let the enemy try to get through it. It seems with this spiritual successor they want it more like a main stream RTS rather than keeping to its niche roots. Let me know in the comments what you think.
