First of all, the headline should have read, “ATF Has No Right To Confiscate Your Guns Without A Warrant !!!”, however I couldn’t make that fit into the space allotted for headlines.

According to Judge Andrew Napolitano, the ATF may be going out into the field and trying to trick gun owners into surrendering their weapons voluntarily. Don’t fall for it. Judge Nap explains exactly what you should say to stay on the right side of the law.
