The Frankenellos: The Doctor Is Out!

Tony and the Doc have a little chit chat to discuss The Frankenello Family (c) going forward. Doc isn't the man he used to be so he is stepping down and Tony is taking over. Tony takes the news like an eye takes a pointed stick, but after some bucking up he agrees to his new roll as head of the family. Doc has totally different problems that require a loving hand to turn back right side up. Oh and Paulie is nosey.
