Port FC vs Khon Kaen - Road Trip to Issan for a Game

Another away game for Port means a road trip with the super fans. Starting at 5:00 we make our way to the north eastern city of Khon Kaen for a game. This is a place I’ve never visited in all of my years in Thailand. We make many stops along the way to include the most famous temple in the area, Phra Mahathat Kaen Nakhon (Wat Nong Wang). Port is middle of the table but the whole experience is more important than the outcome on the field.
