Work Sharp Pro Precision Adjust vs Freehand & Electric Sharpeners

We got an early look at the new Work Sharp Professional Precision Adjust (the Pro PA). We’re big fans of the original Precision Adjust, so we decided to see how the new upgrades compare to the original and pitted the results against experts using traditional water stones and a knife maker’s belt grinder.
