WH & EPA NEW POWER PLANTS RULES WHILE REFUSING BEST SOLUTIONS WHICH WOULD SOLVE THE PROBLEM

The White House and EPA are setting new rules that mandate fossil generated power plants reduce emissions by 90% by 2038, or close. Again this is achieving 15 years in the future, while refusing real solutions that would solve the problem today, or 15 years ago when Barack first refused real environmental leadership.
