Life Satisfaction and Direction

When dealing with a lack of satisfaction or direction, we're speaking from two perspectives: 1) "No matter what I do, I'm not gaining a sense of satisfaction/direction", and/or, "I'm actually not applying myself very well".

In the first case, it's the inability to experience positive emotions like accomplishment, pride, worth, connection, belonging, etc., that's preventing us from feeling like we're doing/going; in the second case, it's inhibitions on our output.
