License Grant:

b. Create derivative works based on the Artwork and Music for non-commercial purposes, provided that the creator ("Licensor") is credited for the original Artwork and Music;

c. Sell, transfer, or assign the NFT, provided the new owner agrees to these terms.

Limitations:
The NFT Holder acknowledges and agrees that:
a. They do not have exclusive rights to the Artwork or Music;

b. The Licensor retains the original Artwork and may use it for any purpose, including selling or licensing it separately;

c. The Licensor may use the Music, including collaborating with other artists creating new NFTs, without any obligation to the NFT Holder.

Retention of Rights:
The Licensor retains all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright and trademark rights, in the Artwork and Music. No ownership, copyright, or other intellectual property rights are transferred to the NFT Holder.

By purchasing or acquiring ownership of this 1/1 Music and Art NFT, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth above.
